Ans:Franchise detective provide uptodate and verified reports on franchises.
Q; Who would use this service?
Ans: Anyone who is looking to buy a franchise. Alternatively Franchisors may also want to know how they are being rated.
Q; Are there any limitations on this service?
Ans: Yes, some franchisors only supply information under what is termed a ‘Non Disclosure Agreement’, or NDA. This means we cannot legally say what is in their application packs. Likewise they also have similar NDA’s with their franchisees who would also not be able to comment.
Q; What happens under these circumstances?
Ans; We usually ask the franchisor to provide as much information as they can to help. Else we would use alternative sources.
Q; Does this mean we are only limited to information provided by franchisors?
Ans: No, we have alternative sources. In any event if we cannot provide all that is offered we do not charge.

Q; What are your sources?
Ans: These are kept confidential, but some information is also obtained from franchisor, franchisees and public opinions who may have used their service. We do not limit ourselves to only testimonials supplied by franchisor. After all they may have 2 good testimonials which they post and 50 others that they do not.
Q; What is the charge for the report?
Ans; £35.00.
Q; How is the report sent?
Ans: Once we confirm that a report is present on our files, and payment has been made, reports are sent out via email.
Q; How is payment usually made?
Ans: We will send out an invoice which can be paid either by credit or debit card. Payment is processed by one of our regular secure payment partners such as Paypal or World Pay. We do not accept any other payment methods at this stage.
Q; Can you send these out by regular post?
Ans: This can be arranged but there will be an extra £10 print and post charge. We usually send by Royal mail’s Special delivery.
